Q: What types of cameras do you use: Film or digital? A: I currently use a Nikon D200 digital SLR camera (10.2 megapixel) as my main camera. I find the flexibility, quality and speed of the latest professional DSLR cameras and lenses to be superior to any film camera I have ever used. I also utilize a professional film camera upon request.
Q: What is 'documentary wedding photography'? A: Documentary wedding photography is my specialty. It is a style of wedding photography which is more in depth and personal than traditonal wedding photography. I tell a story with pictures; your wedding day is documented in hundreds of images, each photo capturing a beautiful moment. The big and small moments of your day are captured and presented in a stunning series of poignant images.
Q: Do you do other types of wedding photography? A: Included in my digital documentary wedding packages are wedding portraits which are relaxed, natural and artistic. I also photograph portraits, editorial, corporate and private events.
Q: How soon after the photo shoot can I get my photos? A: The digital advantage offers both quality and speed. You will have all of your wedding photos on DVD the very next day. It is also possible to have same day service upon request. Same day service is included with all editorial and corporate assignments.
Q: What is included in a photography package? A: You get all images from your photo shoot on DVD, including: 1) all high resolution images and 2) a personalized photo cd box cover. Photography packages include retouching in Photoshop at no additional charge. Additional services such as printed wedding albums, etc. are available at a small additional charge.
Q: Do you speak other languages?
A: I speak some Czech, but my Czech assistant speaks it perfectly. ;)

Q: Are you available for assignments outside the Czech Republic? A: With the availability of cheap airfare in Europe, it is extremely cost effective to hire me to travel to your wedding or other photo assignment. I enjoy traveling so much that I often offer deep reductions in my already low fees.
Q: How do I book you? A: I begin taking bookings for summer weddings (June - September) one to six months in advance, especially for Saturday weddings. There is a booking deposit of 25% to hold the day for you. The booking deposit is handled via PayPal or major credit card. Details here. Please don't hesitate to enquire about a specific date; it is usually possible to book me several days before a wedding.
Q: What are your wedding photography prices? A: My prices start at a very reasonable 9,000 CZK (about 350 Euros) for a basic wedding package. Unlike other photographers who continue to bill you for printing photos long after the wedding is over, I give you all high resolution wedding photos to keep and print as you wish. Q: I only need a few shots. Can you accommodate me? A: You may only require 3 or 4 final shots, but I work with a one hour minimum with each subject, because most people are not professional models. During this time we will use various lighting and poses to give you at least 50 shots to choose from. This is the normal creative process for making outstanding images.
